Returns Policy
The item can be returned within
14 days
after receipt.
The return postage will be paid by the
buyer.
Additional Details:
If your choice of replacement is in stock and you would like to return the item for exchange, please order the replacement item in the usual way and a pre-paid labelled mailing bag for your returning item will be included with your new order.
If the garment is in an unworn 'as new' condition and you would like to return the item for refund, please either re-use the original packaging or an envelope/mailing bag no larger than 35cm x 25cm x 2.5cm (slightly larger than A4 size) and re-package the item as flat as possible (less than an inch thick).

A parcel this size and weight should qualify as a large letter costing £1.50. The Post Office will provide free 'proof of posting' on request. Should you opt for a more expensive tracked or 'signed for' service, this should be at your expense.
In both cases, when we have received the returned item you will be issued a full refund plus return shipping costs (max. £2.00).
PLEASE NOTE - FOR HYGIENE REASONS, FACE MASKS/COVERINGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE (unless faulty)
