The item can be returned within
7 days
after receipt.
The return postage will be paid by the
Buyer.

if you change your mind for whatever reason within 14 days we will gladly refund your product, the product must be returned as sold in original factory seal. The buyer will pay for postage and packaging
If your product is faulty please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange, we will refund any postage and packaging costs.
In the unlikely event your product doesn't arrive, a period of 15 working days will need to pass in order to put in a claim with royal mail. We understand this can be frustrating, however we need this period to pass in order for royal mail to investigate the missing item. If your item hasn't arrived after 15 working days, please contact us through eBay messages. We will also need a signed full statement confirming non delivery of the product. These are terms and conditions of purchasing from our eBay shop, if you do not agree to these terms please do not make a purchase or purchase the product with signed for option.
