Returns Policy

The item can be returned within 7 days after receipt.
The return postage will be paid by the Buyer.

We will accept a return if the item is faulty. If the item is confirmed faulty we will either replace it or refund you. Postage to return the item is carried by the purchaser unless the return is deemed faulty goods. Should you return an item due to a sizing issue or any other issue that is not a faulty product we may at our discretion impose a 10% restock fee. All postage on returns for items to swop carry a post and packing charge of £3.50. Please note that Underwear and earrings for pierced ears are NOT returnable for health and safety. These can only be returned if they are defective.
