Returns Policy
The item can be returned within
7 days
after receipt.
The return postage will be paid by the
Buyer.

Whilst we will do our best to ensure all customers are happy and to this end will endeavour to work with our customers to come to a reasonable agreement, our stated returns policy for legal reasons is that All defects, non-working items, goods damaged in transit and cancellation of sale must be communicated within 7 days of receiving the goods and the goods must be received by us within 14 days to qualify for a full refund. Additionally, all goods must be intact in its original packaging with all paperwork complete and must be in a resalable state (excluding goods damaged in transit, which may not be resalable, but must still be complete in original packaging with all paperwork). All items returned to us should be done through ebay returns process. The cost of returning item/s to us will be buyers responsibility and any postage and packing costs must also be paid by the buyer.
For goods which are not in a resalable state then an appropriate charge will be made for the decrease in value and these will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Whilst this is our stated returns policy, we encourage all our customers to contact us prior to buying an item with any specific questions or special requirements, so that we can ensure the item meets your expectations and to avoid problems and inconvenience.
