If you would like to return your item for a refund please email us within 14 days of receipt of the item at our eBay shop quoting the following details: * The original item number * Your ebay user ID We will then contact you advising how to proceed with the return. Your item must then be returned to us within 21 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging, to arrange a refund excluding postage. PLEASE NOTE: Items that have had tags removed, or any other signs of damage or use etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned by Royal Mail. Proof of posting will be needed in the event of a claim (missing parcel). Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to return your item but if the product is faulty or incorrect we will refund the postage cost to you.
